Disney Circle Challenge

Who doesn't love Disney?!

Still working on the book for my co-worker and she needed a disney page. I was browsing some sketches over at Sketch Savvy and found this perfect sketch that just screamed Disney at me. I wasn't sure exactly what papers or anything I was going to use, so I just added it to my notes to work on later. Then what happened? Over at Crazy 4 Challenges, they announced a circle challenge! Well what is more circles than Mickey? It gave me the motivation to get to the store to get some wonderful Disney paper (from Queen and Company) and work on this layout!

I adore it! I told my co-worker today that I love the pages I have been doing for her so much I wish I was keeping them for myself! LOL For this one, I will say I cut 2 of everything I did so I can re-create it for myself :)

I used my Creative Memories circle cutter and 2 different blades to make the large circles for the big Mickey in the background on page 1.

Here are some detail shots:
Not sure where I found the idea for the button Mickey heads, but it was a wonderful blog somewhere that had a great idea! I can't take credit. I inked all my papers with Quick Quotes Powder Puff Ink in Midnight Confession.

The characters are cut from Mickey and Friends at 2 1/2 inches. So small! But the perfect size for the page.
I love my Twinery Twine! I used Maraschino and Charcoal together and made a bow for the main title to the page.
I don't remember what paper company all the little titles came from, but it was a full 12x12 sheet that I cut apart and used all over the page.

More Mickey button faces!

I hope you like the page as much as I do:)
